Lets first define our terms. When I say religion, I mean the institute that I choose to participate in. When I say faith, I mean what I believe.
Many people seem to equate religion and faith as having to be the same. I think if we are all honest with ourselves, we all have at least one underling issue with the religion we choose. One flaw that is always in the back of our mind but quite possibly stay mute on out of fear of rejection.
Well, I will no longer stay mute.

I am part of this community myself. This may be surprising to some considering my upbringing in Catholicism and how I choose to be studying theology working towards my PHD. How can I be “gay” and still be catholic and still study theology?
